Well, I mean both of my parents are Vietnamese, but my dad is still old skool.
My dad just caught me dying my sister’s hair and got upset. He told us that we aren’t allow to dye our hair… uhm… okay?!
Let me point this out, what does dying hair have to do with anything? I am pretty sure if somebody dyes their hair it doesn’t make them stupider or something. I simply don’t get it. What is the big deal? There is truly know effect it has to it.
He decided to go downstairs and yell at my mom for letting us do such things… My mom told him that I was 18 and could do whatever I want. My dad’s counter argument was that she didn’t know how to teach her kid… uh… what?! I said I wouldn’t do it again, but my mom is right, she said that I can say that and still do it. Which is true, I can, whenever and wherever. My dad needs to get his ish together.
I swear, dying my hair is like a sin in this house… like I decided to smoke some weed or something… I can only imagine what will happen then…
